3D NC Transfer System
Enables stable high-speed workpiece transfer and reduced setup time
Equipped with the "TFZ Series" NC Transfer Unit based on our press machines.
Compared to dedicated press transfer machines, it offers advantages not only in operability, but also in delivery time and cost.
By using a 5-axis servo motor to directly rotate the ball screw, the drive unit is simplified and lightened to achieve stable high-speed transfer and high-precision repetitive operation.
Features
- 1. Variable functions with a high degree of freedom
- The indexing angle and speed corresponding to changes in slide speed, as well as the feed, clamp, and lift stroke lengths, internal width, and height of the feed bar can be freely set. This variable function allows the machine to be used with a wide variety of dies.
- 2. Easy maintenance and setup
- When the line is stopped, the press machine slide stops at the top dead center and the transfer unit fingers stop at the feed end down position. This maximizes work space and facilitates die maintenance and setup. When stopped at the top dead center, the transfer unit can be operated independently and the fingers can be easily adjusted, contributing to shorter setup time and improved safety for the operator.
- 3. Improved operability by integrating the operation panel
- TFZ operations have been integrated into the press's operation panel screen. The on-screen display provides operational guidance and the position of the feed bar, creating an environment that can be operated by any operator, not just experts.

- 4. flexible and economical
- A straightener-feeder and other coil feeding devices are included, and the system can also be used as a progressive feed line. This adds to the value by allowing the handling of a variety of products in one system.
