High-Speed Tandem Press Line System
A stamping press automation solution using a high-speed tandem line system that combines the SDE-i3 Series servo-driven stamping presses with the RHQ Series 2-axis servo robots.
WAVE synchronized control operation enables high-speed workpiece transportation between stamping press machines.

- High-Speed Tandem Press Line System, with the WAVE synchronized control operation, allows the workpiece to be transported while overlapping the operations of the stamping press machines and the transfer robots. This minimizes processing time, making it possible to improve production time.

- The line controller centrally manages the operation information of the robots and stamping presses, which greatly improves operability.
- 3. One-touch hand attachment/detachment mechanism as standard equipment
- Unlike the conventional bolt fixing, it can now be replaced without tools at the touch of a button, significantly reducing setup time and labor.
