1. Improved operability through integrating operation screen and controls: One control system unites the individual operation controls of the stamping press machine and the straightener-feeder, which has greatly improved operability.

2. High line-speed max. 90 m/min: Adopting an S-shaped loop and creating a straight line in the feeding direction from loop R to the feeder, stable high-speed feeding is possible with less vibration and resistance even during high acceleration or deceleration feeding.

3. Easy-to-use 3-mode operation screens for feeder: In the pursuit of ease of use, we designed three basic screens for the feeder. With these, the operator can access and operate with all necessary information quickly and easily in each mode.; Setting

4. Stable processing with Loop R Adjustment Mechanism optimized for stock thickness: Equipped with an adjustment mechanism that allows the entire lower part of the S-shaped portion to move up and down to achieve the optimal loop R radius according to the stock thickness. Since it is a top and bottom screw type, fine adjustment is possible. Optimizing the loop R prevents the loop from sagging and suppresses severe loop shaking during feeder high acceleration/deceleration feeding. Stable feeding is possible with less shaking and resistance.
