Single mode fiber laser welder with full-air cooling which is no chiller.
New line-up of 300W and 500W!
The new products have 300 or 500W laser output with compact design and air cooling. Don't need to use chiller. The welding is small and deep (high aspect ratio) owing to high quality laser of gaussian distribution. Connecting with our galvo scanner and reflection resistant structure are also the features. It's recommended to weld motors, electronical components, electronic parts, batteries, and so on.
- ■ Single mode
Single mode is Gauss distribution in its beam profile. The penetration is thin and deep compared with multi mode.
It's easy to weld on narrow area and to reduce spatter.

- ■ Reflection resistant structure
- The machine is suitable for welding of high reflection materials as aluminum or copper *2, and supress breakdown *1 coming from high reflection. It enables to avoid the oscillator trouble due to the reflection detecting sensor in the machine.
- ■ Full-air cooling
- Full-air cooling doesn't need water, from laser welder to fiber tip. Contributes on less maintenance.
- ■ New line-up
- 300W and 500W power models are newly added on single model fiber laser welder series.
Enable to suggest the suitable power model according to welding schedule.
- ■ Scanning system
Employing the Galvo, implements high speed and high efficiency processing.
Enables to show its superior brightness according to dedicated optical component.
Wobble welding enables to reduce "quickly heating and cooling" and to restrain "crack".
- ■ Items/applications
The product is suitable for many kinds of items and applications due to the features as single mode laser, reflection resistant structure, and wobble welding.
It's recommended to use not only spot&seam welding of iron alloy but also high reflection materials as copper and aluminum.
In case of motors, welding of wire and bus-bar is possible.
In case of batteries, it enabels to weld bus-bar, tab, case and so on.
Also, the new product can be used to weld electronic parts of smart phone, electronical components, sensors, engine parsts of automotive.
