・Multi mode laser
The multi mode laser displays excellently in case of butt welding due to wide weld bead, compared with single mode laser.
Also it’s available for not only welding but also heat hardening or soldering.

・Water cooling
The new welder performs excellently without power restriction even if in high temperature situation
unlike air-cooling type due to adopting water-cooling that has high cooling efficiency.
・Active heat control
The new welder controls laser output by heat detection on axis, so the heat input in processing area is maintained stably.
It’s suitable for welding, hardening and other application that heat control is important.
It enables to stabilize the penetration depth even against Z-axis fluctuations in the focal position.
・Waveform controlling
It implements the suitable waveform of laser emission, according to each materials.
・Reflection resistant structure
The original structure to suppress reflection from workpiece enables to weld high-reflection materials like
copper or aluminum.
・Recommended for replacement
The new welder has I/O compatibility with previous models as ML-6700B(500W) or ML-6500(300W),
and those are recommended to replace with discontinued models.*
Also, it has the perfect I/O compatibility with present models as ML-6810C or MF-C1000A-S.
In case of using the present models, redesign of wiring is needless.
*The compatibility with ML-6700A and ML-6500A/B has partial differences as emergency stop signal. Please check each operation manual.
