■Feature1 Single mode laser
The Single-mode laser which is Gaussian distribution, is excellent in the condensation of the laser beam.
The penetration is thin and deep compared with multi mode. It's easy to weld on a narrow area and to reduce spatter.

■ Feature2    High power and compact design
The laser power is 2000W that is twice as large as the previous model with the same dimension.It realized the downsizing by the compact design, and it will contribute to the improvement of a production line in your factory.
■Feature3    Applications
The product is suitable for various products and applications because of its features like single-mode,  reflection resistant structure, and  wobbling mode. We can recommend you to use not only for spot&seam welding of iron alloy but also high reflection materials such as copper and aluminum. 
This can be used in many ways. For example for motors, welding of wire and bus-bar can be done. For batteries, it can weld bus-bar, and ceiling of tab and case. In addition, our brand new product can be used to weld electronic parts of smartphones, electronic components, sensors, and engine parts of automotive. If you are thinking about replacement from an electron beam welding, we proudly recommend MF-C200A.  Our new laser welder implements the capacity of the high aspect ratio and reflective resistance structure. Maintenance like a vacuum chamber is not needed anymore. Moreover, it's easy to build in the existing production lines.

Application

■Feature4    Waveform control function and modulation function
Complexed waveforms as upslope, dowmslope and cool time can be set and reproduced in the waveform control function to find suitable laser schedule for various materials or dimension of the workpiece. Also, heat imput can be optimized by controlling laser power up and down regularly in the modulation function.
■Feature5    Reflection resistance structure
The machine is suitable for welding high reflection materials as aluminum, copper, and suppress breakdown coming from high reflection. It enables to avoid the oscillator trouble due to the reflection detecting sensor in the machine.

■Feature6    Useful user interface
A large LCD touchscreen allows to input settings easily. Japanese and English are available.
It can be used at a distance by an extension cable.

The pairing with the dedicated chiller realizes its maximum ability.We highly recommend you to use our chiller. The chiller is delivered with its water piping, so you don't need to prepare accesorries in your side.

■Feature8    The integrated control of new galvo and welder.
The new welder enables to control new galvo scanner and laser oscillation in one body.It's a simple configuration that the separated controller for galvo scanner is needless.Therefore, it reduces not only time for the maintenance but also problems generated by complex wiring. Also, the new scanner head enables to strengthen the welding by expanding weld bead with wobble function.

■Feature9    AutoPositionAlighment

The new scanner head is operated by dedicated software "SW-Draw3".This software has a new position correcting function "Auto Position Alignment".The new function corrects laser emitting position by detecting the incorrect position of the workpiece and calculating the correction amount based on registered design.
So operators don't need to arrange the workpiece position, and operating efficiency will be improved.And the software has another function "Gridwork". It enables to take divided images in scanning area and to synthesize the images as a single data.  The data can be used as a draft of "Auto Position Alignment".
Those processes like registering image or drawing figures are needless.
