RF Robot Feed
Our RF robot feed is a high-speed 3-dimensional transfer robot. It is a long-selling feeding unit for press secondary processing.
Its mechanical drive enables high-speed 3-dimensional operations such as grabbing, lifting, feeding, lowering, releasing, and returning.

Mechanical drive with a cam enables high-speed operations with a cycle time of 1.33 seconds. The cam also controls inertia for excellent stability.

In most cases, current dies can be used as they are. Preparation can be completed simply by exchanging the arm, which provides the excellent versatility required for high-variety low-volume production.
- ■ Features(4) : RF-020SD also available for direct driving systems

An RF-020SD direct drive type is also available. This type operates by directly connecting the drive mechanism of the robot feed to the press crank shaft. Complete synchronization with the press movements enables a high speed of up to 45 operations per minute.
