  • The fully supported V-V slide way table is driven by a ball screw to enable high accuracy grinding at both low and high speeds. The non-hydraulic design reduces CO2 emission by 80% resulting in low environmental impact.

■ Features(3) : Machine design with both operability and safety
  • Easy programming is enabled by the computer-based NC operation panel*3 and availability of three enclosure types*4 assure both operability and safety for operators, which increases grinding efficiency.
■ Features(4) : Wide variety of applications for shorter setup and grinding time
  • For higher productivity, profile measuring is performed on the machine using a CCD camera*5 coupled to interactive software and a variety of available dressers.
■ Features(5) : Multi-form grinding capabilities
  • Capable of many unique grinding cycles including taper and crown grinding*6
