Deburring and surface grinding are mechanized in the drilling process. Reduced work load and a large dust collector improves work environment.

■ Features(1) : Better work environment
  • Deburring operators have to use a sanding machine to deburr materials in the conventional drilling process. Mechanized deburring significantly reduces work load such as turnover work.
    The large dust collector is contributory to better environment.
■ Features(2) : Simultaneous removal of mill scale and rust
  • Mill scale can be removed from the contact surface during deburring. This reduces processing time required.
■ Features(3) : Higher productivity
  • Ten grinding wheels grind a flange and a web.
  • The unique mechanism of grinding wheels automatically tracks warp and warpage of H-shape steel in the grinding process.
