■ Features(1) : Back gauge and end stopper

A combination of the NC back gauge and the end stopper facilitates setup for product dimension and accuracy and significantly reduces setup time. The NC back gauge can be easily positioned by entering dimensions through the numeric pad and pressing the START button for positioning.

■ Features(2) : Full open table

This vertical band saw can use a table in full open mode and facilitates material handling. Using the Standard Function T-groove version allows a user to cut irregular-shaped materials.

■ Features(3) : Elimination of waste

This model developed with a focus on one of the objectives “effective use of materials” can cut the end of a material to 3mm and helps to save expensive materials without scraping as waste unlike in conventional practice.

■ Features(4) : Blade speed and cutting feed

Blade speed and cutting feed (table stroke) settings can be easily done by using the operation panel located in front of the machine. Cutting conditions optimum for the target materials can be quickly preset.
