Features
- ■ Feature (1) New control method
- Significant improvement in the circuit by the new control has realized shorter operation time of the clutch and brake, improved stabilization of the ram operation, and prevented coil deterioration of the motor.
- ■ Feature (2) Steel plate welded structure
- The machine frame is an integrated structure in which the left and right side plates are welded together by the front plate and a table. Realized high rigidity and durability.
- ■ Feature (3) Roller guide method
- A rigid, rattle-free system is adopted, in which the ram is guided by four rollers.
- ■ Feature (4) Smallest shear angle in the class
- Achieved shear angle of 1°10' for all models. Higher precision and beautiful cuts can be made.
